Described by Joe Rogan as one of the best up and coming talents in the country today, Ryan cut his teeth in Los Angeles, doing open mics around the city before quickly rising in the scene to open for Jamie Kennedy and Jay Mohr, becoming a regular at the monthly showcase 'Best of Deez Nutz' and then winning the U.S. Comedy Contest.
During the pandemic, Ryan began to grow his national following by appearing on Tony Hinchcliffe's podcast Killtony at the Comedy Store, blowing away audiences with his ability to pack numerous hard-hitting punchlines in just one minute.
After moving to Austin, Ryan started his dark comedy show Sick Fux which toured around the country and appeared on the New York Comedy Festival selling out the New York Comedy Club. He also was a finalist at NYCF as one of New York's Funniest Standups. He also appeared at Skankfest Houston and the Palm Desert Comedy Club In Austin, Ryan was embraced by Joe Rogan and opened for him as well as Tim Dillon and Whitney Cummings.
When not featuring for David Lucas or Che Durena on the Road, Ryan headlines himself around the country, appearing at the best comedy clubs; even becoming a regular at Carolines at Broadway. He starred in the movie Transubstantiation which will be appearing on Amazon Prime and is set to begin filming a reality TV Show in New York which will appear on Netflix.
